Rally Point TCG is a veteran-owned online retail store specializing in the sale of trading card game (TCG) products, including single cards, sealed products, and related accessories across games such as Pokémon, One Piece, Naruto, Lorcana, and sports trading cards. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Service, including product availability, at any time without prior notice.

3. Purchases and Payment

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following:

• All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product availability.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping and Returns

Shipping times and costs vary by location and selected method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition within 14 days of delivery.
• Sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for return.
• Single cards must be returned in the same condition as received.
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

5. Product Descriptions and Condition

We make every effort to accurately describe and grade our products. Card conditions (e.g., Near Mint, Lightly Played) follow standard industry grading conventions. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations may exist. If you believe a product was significantly misrepresented, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

The Service, including but not limited to its website design, user interface, text, graphics, trademarks, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Pico Duarte Holdings LLC.
